Existing clients
Everyone with a package: your current clients plus anyone recovered from the Did Not Purchase list. Marking a session done updates the balance and last visit.

Always left out: opted out (STOP/CANCEL), booked today or later in Acuity, existing package clients (matched by phone, email or name), and invalid numbers.
